Use Case
Coda isn't just for solo use β teams can share skills and build consistent AI workflows across the organization. General-purpose Coda document manager via REST API v1. Supports listing/creating/updating/deleting docs, managing tables/rows/pages, triggering automations, and exploring doc structure. Requires CODA_API_TOKEN environment variable. Delete operations require explicit confirmation; publishing and permission changes require explicit user intent. This guide covers how to deploy Coda for your team, standardize prompts, and create shared workflows that everyone can use.
Install Coda in your project directory: .claude/skills/coda/
Commit the skill folder to your repository so the whole team has access
Document your team's standard prompts in a shared README
Use Coda in code reviews, standups, and planning sessions
Iterate: collect feedback from the team and refine your prompts
