iterative-retrieval

iterative-retrieval extends your AI assistant with the ability to head-to-head comparison of coding agents (Claude Code, Aider, Codex, etc.) on custom tasks with pass rate, cost, time, and consistency metrics. Rather than leaving your conversation to handle this manually, you can ask your Claude agent directly — and it will take care of the task end-to-end, using iterative-retrieval as its underlying capability.

iterative-retrieval integrates with Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard. The skill is version-controlled and shareable — if you work with a team, you can commit the skill to your project repo and everyone gets the same capability without any extra setup.

Getting started with iterative-retrieval takes about two minutes. Place the skill at `~/.claude/skills/iterative-retrieval/` (personal, all projects) or `.claude/skills/iterative-retrieval/` (project-specific), then restart your AI client. From that point, typing `/iterative-retrieval` in any conversation activates it, or the AI will use it on its own when it detects a relevant request.
