LifeLog

LifeLog extends your AI assistant with the ability to life record automation system. Automatically identify the date in the message (today/yesterday/the day before yesterday/specific date), use SubAgent intelligent judgment, and record the corresponding date in the Notion. Each time it is **appended to the record** rather than overwritten. Suitable for: (1) Automatically recording when users share their daily life moments; (2) Automatically summarize and analyze at regular intervals and fill in the fields of emotions, events, locations, and people. Rather than leaving your conversation to handle this manually, you can ask your Claude agent directly — and it will take care of the task end-to-end, using LifeLog as its underlying capability.

LifeLog works across Claude, Cursor, OpenClaw through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard that lets AI clients share tools and skills without lock-in. Because MCP is platform-agnostic by design, you install LifeLog once and it becomes available across all your AI clients. Whether you're working in Claude for focused sessions or Cursor for integrated workflows, the skill behaves consistently.

Getting started with LifeLog takes about two minutes. Place the skill at `~/.claude/skills/lifelog/` (personal, all projects) or `.claude/skills/lifelog/` (project-specific), then restart your AI client. From that point, typing `/lifelog` in any conversation activates it, or the AI will use it on its own when it detects a relevant request.
